Noodles and beef were perfect. Broth was flavorful but they sweeten it. Not a fan of sweetened pho broth so -1 star.

Best pho in Seattle, hands-down. Especially when you get a complimentary creme puff pastry!!! That being said, their broth really is the best I have had on the entire world (no exaggeration--I travel a lot!)

To me it's all about the 24-hour simmered bone broth that is absolutely the nectar of the Gods or perhaps Eastern soul food. Of course not an option for a vegetarian or vegan, bone broth is incredibly nourishing and replenishing, an absolute must when feeling under the weather. Or incorporate this into your regular diet and prevent feeling under the weather.

I can't tell you how many times I've been here looking for something comforting and warm. They're very consistent and the quality is very good. The servings of meat are generous and the vegetables are fresh. The service is kind of like showing up at grandma's house. Find a seat and I'll feed you.
